Patrick Mahomes was the perfect wingman for his teammate, Travis Kelce. Kelce is rumored to be dating Taylor Swift, and Mahomes seemed determined during the game to help his friend impress her. During the Chiefs’ game against the Bears, Mahomes made a point of getting the ball to Kelce as often as possible. Kelce responded with a receiving touchdown, and Mahomes was thrilled.

After the game, Mahomes was asked about Swift’s presence in the stands. He joked that Kelce was “as desperate for a touchdown as the Swift family”. After the game with the Bears concluded, Mahomes went on a post-game interview and told us the story. A reporter asked the Quarterback if he felt any pressure because Taylor Swift was watching them. “I heard that she was in the house,” said Mahomes, acknowledging the reporter.

To everyone’s surprise, Mahomes did feel pressured by the Grammy singer’s presence. He mentioned how he had to get the ball to Travis Kelce so he could steal the show. He mentioned how Kelce was as desperate for a touchdown as the Swift family. Hopefully, Patrick Mahomes’ efforts give the world some closure about Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift.

Adding more to their list of troubles, Travis Kelce had a receiving touchdown against the Bears, thanks to Mahomes.

Travis Kelce gave Taylor Swift quite a show after that touchdown. Maybe that bracelet exchange with his phone number on it was worth it, as she finally showed up in the Arrowhead stadium. Who knows where things are going between the two? Thanks to Patrick Mahomes for expediting this though.
