The time is not in the favor of the Chicago Bears, as they’ve started the season with a disappointing record of 0-2. They’ve lost both of their games till now, one against the Green Bay Packers, and the other against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After the 38-30 Packers loss, fans believed the Bears to make a comeback, but it was yet another bad day as they suffered a major 27-17 setback on Sunday. Besides the losses, the Bears also suffered a $100,000 loss at their stadium.
Reportedly, a burglary of maintenance took place at the home turf of Bears, Soldier Field. Currently, the Chicago Police are investigating, and it has been found out that the culprits ripped off the fences to get their hands on the expensive equipment. However, no one has been arrested yet. So, amid all of such unfortunate news, ESPN analyst Ryan Clark had a harsh take on the Chicago Bears’ condition.

During the ESPN NFL Live show, Ryan Clark talked about the status of the Chicago Bears and also shed some light on the burglary situation. In addition to that, he also made a post on X about this matter where he wrote, “Well, it’s been a tough week for the Chicago bears. So bad someone robbed them… They didn’t take the offensive playbook though, because that actually would’ve helped them.”

Even during the show, he said, “Did they steal the offensive playbook?” This was an indirect dig at the Bears quarterback, Justin Fields. Furthermore, he said, “Listen if we look at this actual team, we’re looking at the symptoms of an actual disease. The disease is losing. And you’re seeing everything come from that, the Justin Fields’s comments, Ryan Poles having to speak. This team is bad in all phases.”
Justin Fields’ performance didn’t impress a lot of aficionados. Even the former Bears defensive end came out to talk about how he’s already looking forward to the 2024 NFL draft. Let’s see what he had to say about the Sunday night football.

Alex Brown is ready to move on from the Chicago Bears QB
In their previous game, Justin Fields threw a couple of interceptions and also handed over a pick-six to the Buccaneers linebacker, Shaquil Barrett, who further broke every hope for any attempt of his team’s comeback. Additionally, Fields was sacked a total. of six times on Sunday, and previously against the Packers, he was sacked four times.
So, he’s already at a shocking number of 10 times sacked in just two initial games. The fans were already a bit disappointed after the Bears’ open training. This didn’t sit well with Alex Brown, who’s also put on the emblem of the Chicago Bears in the past. He said, “I’m looking at what draft picks you’ve got next year. Justin has to play better. He has to play better. If not, this is it for him. This has to be the last year for him here.” He also called the situation “sad“, as the fans had high hopes for him.
