At the age of 71, Bayless posted a video on social media in which he threw away Cowboys QB Prescott’s official jersey and wrote: “That’s it. I am DONE DONE with Dak Prescott. Jerry should be, too.” Bayless threw away Dak Prescott’s Cowboys jersey but hesitated to toss Micah Parsons’ No. 11 jersey, & walked away.

Maybe Skip Bayless consider Trey Lance, a former 49ers quarterback, as the Cowboys’ potential quarterback solution. Reportedly, in the final part of the football game, fans at Levi Stadium started chanting “We Want Lance,” expressing their desire to see Lance in action.
However, Bayless tweeted again, saying: “The truth is, I feel like I’m going to vomit.” Fans reacted strongly when Bayless threw his jersey in the trash, with one writing, “Dak wasn’t the issue tonight. They couldn’t run the ball,” and another humorously noting, “This is the 56th time you’ve [Bayless] thrown that jersey in the trash.”
However, after the game, Prescott said that turnovers hurt the team in losses, and Shannon Sharpe and Stephen A. Smith also made humble responses.

Sunday’s game wasn’t in the playoffs, but Prescott knew it “[It] means more than just one game” because of the history between the teams, making it more important than a regular game for NFL fans. Former co-host Shannon Sharpe also reacted, saying, “The Cowboys are who I thought they were and 49ers didn’t let ’em off the hook,” in a tweet. “Niners won’t even let Dak get empty calories. Is Dak still pissed off, or no?”

Meanwhile, ESPN host Stephen A. Smith, after the Cowboys’ loss, posted a video mocking Prescott, claiming he foresaw the QB’s interceptions. Although the Cowboys are now 3-2 in the league, their next game will be against the LA Chargers in the coming week.
