We are excited about next Sunday’s game. Are you? There is no reason not to be elated because one of the most nail-biting games is going to happen in the Levi’s Stadium this weekend. Of course, we are talking about the 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys game. A lot is on the line here. People might get confused as to who to support in the next game. On one hand, we have Dak Prescott, and on the other; we have Brock Purdy, the no. 1 QB in the league. But this is not just about the quarterbacks, this is much more than that.
Skip Bayless and the Undisputed Co. didn’t miss the chance to dissect each and every aspect of the upcoming game. And why not? Since Skip Bayless is a huge Cowboys fan, he has to dive into this. Right? The recent episode of Undisputed shares some facts and figures of the upcoming game.

The Undisputed hosts Skip Bayless, Keyshawn Johnson, and Michael Irvin get into a much-needed debate about the upcoming game. The conversation starts with Michael Irvin bringing up Brock Purdy and the 49ers offense. He quickly shifted from the conversation and dubbed it a match between Kyle Shanahan and Dan Quinn, the Cowboys’ DC. Per Irvin, the gist of the game boils down to Dak Prescott, as most of the game is riding on him.
Keyshawn Johnson intervenes with past stats, pointing out how turnovers from the last two seasons have been a bane to the Cowboys. He mentioned how Prescott must be able to avoid past mistakes and take the win by any means possible. “If Dallas Cowboys are to win this game, he cannot turn the football over.” Said Johnson with utmost conviction. On top of this, he added that Prescott cannot make “mental errors” when approaching the game.
He put forth the stats from previous seasons in an attempt to highlight what went wrong and, more than that, what he certainly couldn’t afford to repeat in this game. The host shared a football anecdote about himself when he played for the Bucs and lost 4 games against the Eagles – 2 in the regular season and 2 in the playoffs. The Bucs eventually overcame the losses in the NFC Championships. The Cowboys are on the same trajectory.
Skip Bayless brings up the past game with the Cardinals and says that it was an anomaly. In his mind, the Cowboys are a better team than the 49ers. But his statements might be flawed because he thinks that the loss against the Cardinals was an anomaly. He compared those losses to the huge wins the Cowboys have had over the Giants, the Jets, and the Patriots. There might be some truth to his arguments, but facts are facts because the 49ers haven’t lost a single game. Will they lose this one?
The weight on 49ers shoulders
There is an interesting phenomenon that might take place in the game, and it involves Brock Purdy. Apparently, the 49ers have won 9 straight games, including the last season. If he wins this one, it will mark his 10 straight win under his Belt and he will join the ranks of Tom Brady. Speaking about breaking records, Christian McCaffrey is another guy to watch out for. The CMC train just doesn’t stop. After breaking Jerry Rice’s record, it looks like Purdy just has to hop on the CMC train and let him handle it.

Another reason why this game is so interesting is that the Cowboys have taken a bullet from the Cowboys in the past and have been disqualified from the playoffs prematurely. Twice! Why? Because the 49ers offense has been immaculate, impregnable and nothing short of impressive till now. The team hasn’t lost a single game. Now this puts a lot of pressure on the Cowboys to give the 49ers a taste of their own medicine.
