Puka Nacua has quickly become the voice of the Los Angeles Rams. The rookie swooped in and made quite an impact on the team, along with the media. But certain news comes in for the Rams, and one might think that Nacua might get sidelined due to this. The news is regarding Cooper Kupp as the Rams decide to use all the arsenal they have in the next game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Rams are not doing great at all, as they have won 2 games and lost 2. If only there were more players on the offense, the team might just get somewhere. But worry not, the Rams fans might just be able to take a breath of relief after the announcement the LA Rams just made. A tweet from JPAFootball shed more light on the situation.

Well, the answer is no. Puca Nacua will not be sidelined. The good news here is, we might see Cooper Kupp on the field again after a 4-week hiatus due to his injury. This will be his debut match and boy oh boy, has Cooper Kupp landed in a tough spot. The team will be going against the Philadelphia Eagles, who haven’t lost a single bout yet. In the midst of all this, people thought that Nacua would not have a major role, especially after their star WRs return. But not to everyone’s surprise, Nacua will play as usual, contributing to the team with his exceptional abilities.

According to Adam Schefter, Cooper Kupp will play with no restrictions, and this is great since Kupp has been out for about 4 weeks following his calf injury. But it’s safe to say that Nacua held his spot and did the best he could to keep the team moving. Nacua is one of the fiercest rookie WRs to step into the game this season.

He made a smashing entry in the game by completing 20 catches in his first two games as a rookie. The NFL didn’t fail to recognize this and congratulated Nacua on his achievement on X (Formerly Twitter).

This gives an advantage to the Rams because when the opposition tries to contain Cooper Kupp, Nacua will remain wide-open for receptions. Not a unique strategy, but it does wonders. Speaking of wonders, the Rams need all the help they can get to counter the ‘tush-push’.

Tush-Push doing wonders for the Eagles

The Eagles are heavily relying on the ‘brotherly shove’ this season. So much so that they are now leading 4-0. This puts a lot of stress on Jalen Hurts as he gets pushed from behind and there is a chance that he might sustain some injuries in the process because some players did get injured this season. The play was banned by the NFL at some point, but they lifted the ban in the early 2000s. There are now teams that have filed pleas to ban the move once again.

With a reinforced offense, the Rams march forward to play the Philadelphia Eagles in their home at SoFi Stadium. But how welcome are the Eagles at the Hotel California? We are yet to know. The Rams along with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua will have quite a day if they beat the Eagles. Firstly, because they break their streak. Secondly, because it will add to Nacua’s bullet-like career, and lastly because this is Kupp’s debut match this season.
