Going into week 4, the two teams who haven’t been able to drop the curse of losing will be matching up on Sunday Night Football. The Minnesota Vikings recently lost to the Los Angeles Chargers 24-28 which could’ve easily been a win but due to an interception thrown by the QB Kirk Cousins in the last minute, they couldn’t win.

Meanwhile, their opposition team, the Carolina Panthers was also bested by the Seattle Seahawks 27-37. Now, as both of the teams will try their best to win, the anticipation increases. On the Pat McAfee Show, the media analyst Michael Lombardi also revealed whose side he is on going into this highly anticipated game.

As the two teams have made a division amongst the fans, the media analysts are also not left behind. As inquisitive as Pat McAfee is, he never leaves any stone unturned when it comes to asking questions from his guests on the show. On being asked about the team he looks up to, Lombardi didn’t hesitate to reveal the two names he thinks will be winning this week.

The show host McAfee went over to ‘X’ to post a clip of Lombardi placing his bets on two teams. Lombardi said that he loves the New York Giants this week and according to him, they’re a good playing team. Later Lombardi didn’t hesitate to say that he thinks that the Vikings are better than the Carolina Panthers. He said, “I like Minnesota, I think Minnesota is much better than Carolina.”

The American football executive also said that Minnesota will likely take advantage of their opponent’s position as they’re ready to explode. However, the team’s injury report doesn’t look in a good position as almost half a dozen players are on questionable terms.

Half a dozen Vikings not playing

The team is yet again standing at the shore of having less manpower to win their next match. As reported by their head coach, many players won’t be playing the next match. The centre Garett Bradbury won’t be playing as he suffered a back injury which made him miss the last 11 quarters.

Byron Murphy Jr. (hip injury), Josh Metellus (shoulder injury), and Marcus Davenport (ankle injury), all three of them were put to limited practice on Thursday. Out of these three, Davenport is still expected to be seen in the next game as he’s played over 4 snaps in the last three games.
