What a day the San Francisco 49ers had against the Arizona Cardinals. According to some, the game looked one-sided from the beginning, but we had to give a fair chance and a benefit of the doubt to the Cardinals. One man, though, Christian McCaffrey, did wonders in the game and broke the records that haven’t been broken in a while. McCaffrey got Jerry Rice punching the air right now.
The CMC and Brock Purdy Duo showcased some great plays throughout the whole game. The devastating 35-16 loss that the Cardinals had to face might have been humiliating, to say the least. Even Ryan Clark is convinced of the McCaffrey bandwagon and thinks that it works without a doubt.

The NFL veteran recently tweeted something in approval of the 49ers offense. The tweet said, ‘I wonder what the just “get it to CMC” play book looks like in San Fran. I bet it’s extensive and highly successful.’ Implying that all those passes to Christian McCaffrey landed where they were supposed to be landing. McCaffrey had rushing touchdowns in the game. He single-handedly gave the 49ers all the lead in the first half of the game.

Ryan Clark is right; the play is extensive, and it is working out for the 49ers. Just give CMC the ball and he will rush to the end zone. He had 3 rushing touchdowns along with one receiving touchdown. It seems like Brock Purdy takes ‘get him to CMC’ very seriously. If he keeps this momentum up, people are going to call him the next Deion Sanders, although it’s like a pipedream, it’s not impossible.

The Running Back also broke Jerry Rice’s record of most career touchdowns in 12 straight games. Rice, who set the record back in 1987 might be in awe of the 49ers RB after he broke that record and scored a touchdown in every single game since the last 13 games. In totality, he has scored 16 touchdowns in the last 13 games. This was McCaffrey’s 18 game with the franchise, and they haven’t lost a single game in the regular season.

What’s amazing about all this is, the RB was traded from the Carolina Panthers to the 49ers and has been playing with them since 2022. He’s already taking the 49ers towards greatness and the CMC train doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Hopefully, he keeps the momentum up in the upcoming games as things are just getting serious from now on.
