The Detroit Lions are playing the Carolina Panthers right now. They are in the lead as we speak, but the day looks positive for the No. 1 team in the NFC North. They need all the help they can get, both from the offense and the defensive side of things. Fortunately for Jared Goff and Co., Eminem has supported them for a long time. He may not be able to play football, but his explosive lyrics sure can light the Ford Field up.

Eminem has been vocal about his fandom at the Detroit Lions. And why not? He hails from the same city and people love him over there. Will the Detroit Lions be able to seal this game with his support? Most likely.

A video recently surfaced on X (Formerly Twitter) that shows Eminem watching the game from the VIP section of the Ford Field. He became the highlight of the game after he was seen cheering and clapping as the display said, ‘Turn It Up’, and the iconic track ‘Lose Yourself’ could be heard in the background. This is a weird support cycle of fans, the player, and the Rap God himself. Why? Eminem cheers for the team and the fans cheer for Eminem cheering for the team. It’s like the ‘inception’ of cheering.

He actively participates with the Detroit Lions, showing up to their practice camps sometimes, tweeting about his favorite team, and also has performed in the Detroit Lions home games. He recently tweeted, “Let’s F****** Go!” when the Detroit Team went against the Green Bay Packers. This time around he is spotted watching the game with Denaun Porter and his daughter Hailie Jade.

The Catfight is on

The teams are going head-to-head at it and there seems to be no way out for the Carolina Panthers. But, we have seen some epic comebacks in the past, comebacks that were nail-biting to say the least. Would the Panthers be able to make an epic comeback? Only God knows. However, the Lions have quite an upper hand on the situation right now with Jared Goff’s 3 touchdowns and Sam LaPorta’s 2 touchdowns. In addition to this, D. Montgomery has had 1 rushing touchdown along with J. Reynolds’ single touchdown.
