“Dallas is Better”: Vocal Skip Bayless Undisputedly Snubs Philadelphia Eagles To Back His Favorites

Since the dawn of time, Skip Bayless has been known to be an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. However, the Dallas Cowboys faced their first defeat of the season against the Arizona Cardinals. At first, the team entered the University of Phoenix Stadium, with a high nose as they had already thwarted down New York Giants and New York Jets in their previous, but the absence of their star cornerback, Trevon Diggs, due to an ACL tear had a major impact on the team’s performance.

So, the defensive lineup was a bit handicapped for Dallas, but even on the other hand, the quarterback Dak Prescott‘s late-game interception served the game to the Cardinals on the platter. This match sent a wave of disappointment among the Cowboys fans. However, in spite of the recent loss, the renowned aficionados of the Dallas made such a claim, that even had the former Cowboys WR riled up.

Skip Bayless ranks the Cowboys above the Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are currently dominating the league, as it made a space for itself among the three undefeated of the NFL. Besides the Eagles, the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers share the same spot. Still, the famous American sports columnist, Skip Bayless, believes the Eagles still have a long way to go before they can claim to be better than the Dallas. Even though he blasted the Cowboys for being affected by the absence of Trevon Diggs much recently.

Bayless shares a clip of the Undisputed Live show on the X (Formerly Twitter) app, where his co-stars, Richard Sherman and Keyshawn Johnson debated about the best NFL team in the East division. In the post, he wrote, “I still believe Dallas is better than Philadelphia.” Moreover, he said, “I’m going to tell you we still have one guy that the Eagles do not have. We got 11 from heaven and you don’t.” So, Bayless was referring to Micah Parsons, who wears the number 11.

After Bayless claimed that the Eagles are a little intimidated by Parsons, Keyshawn Johnson reminded the panel that there’s not a better team that can coordinate the ball as well as the Eagles. It’s understandable as the Eagles are on their road to becoming the first team in 19 years to win NFC East division titles back-to-back. Some don’t approve, however, it was surprising when now-vocal Bayless was left speechless after the Cowboys’ loss.

The defeat was unexpected on the Cowboys’ part and it shocked a lot of NFL fans. But, Skip Bayless was highly devastated by the outcome of the ‘Sunday Night Football’. He couldn’t believe what he had just seen, and even though there were numerous clips of him defending his favorite, the previous performance even had their biggest supporter stunned.

So, instantly after the outcome, Bayless posted a video on X with his Cowboys hat and blue t-shirt. In the 28-second clip, it seemed he was trying to get the words out of his mouth but apparently, he couldn’t. In the end, he wrote the caption, “I’m speechless“.

Hopefully, the expectations of Bayless won’t be in vain by the end of the season, and the Cowboys will only take a lesson from this setback.
