He received taping on the sidelines and may not return to play. The woes of 49ers do not end here. The injuries do not come to a stop for the team. Injury Update: Mc Caffrey & Samuel

Cleveland’s strong defense dominated, while the 49ers struggled without key players. Samuel suffered a shoulder injury, and Mc Caffrey couldn’t play due to a side muscle issue. Samuel couldn’t participate in the second half. Later, he was spotted wearing casual clothes. Mc Caffrey attempted to return but was unable to do so.

After the game, Coach Shanahan expressed uncertainty about the severity of the two injured players’ conditions, stating, “We don’t know yet,” Shanahan said. They will undergo further tests on Monday to determine the extent of their injuries. McCaffrey sustained his injury, left the game in the third quarter, briefly returned for one play, and then headed to the locker room.
