The Carolina Panthers are suffering the same fate as the Chicago Bears because they haven’t won a single game in the season and are going forward with 4 losses. Recent news about the Carolina Panthers surfaced, which might just make them best buddies with their NFC counterpart, the Giants. Maybe they can scratch each other’s back at this point. Even though they are rivals, there is nothing wrong with a share of fair trade. Bryce Young will be left alone till then with no possibility of making game winning offensive plays.

These days, the Panthers are having serious trouble scoring, mainly because they don’t have reliable offense pieces around their QB Bryce Young. The Panthers organization has so much trust in the QB that they are willing to go all in on him. Jordan Schultz has his own brain-tingling thoughts.

Bryce Young makes efforts in vain

The recent tweet by Schultz gives more insight into the Panthers’ debacle. The team is looking for offensive pieces to assist Bryce Young, and they are especially on the lookout for a new receiver. The Panthers must have their pockets full at this point because they don’t just want a WR but need a top-tier one. According to Jordan Schultz, this boils down to two things, firstly, they don’t have enough ‘weapons’ for Young. There is another reason: the Panthers GM Scott Fitterer and HC Frank Reich don’t want to leave their QB high and dry and are willing to invest in anything they can to assist them.

Here, the Chicago Bears come into play. Recently, their WR, Chase Claypool expressed his dismay against the team and mentioned that he is not being used to his full potential. Rumors are high about the Bears willing to trade Claypool ASAP. Maybe this is the Panthers’ cue to go and grab whatever they can at this point. This might kill two birds with one stone, as this might also give the Bears a pick next year in exchange for the trade.

The regular season is picking up its pace and each team is on a mission to win. Amid this, no one in their right mind would deal their top receivers to the ailing Panthers. There aren’t a lot of choices for them at this point.

Bleak future for the Panthers

To make things even worse, the Panthers are going against Jared Goff and the Lions in the next game. They are going at their own impressive pace, but they rank no. 4 in defense currently. This might get challenging for already losing Panthers if they don’t find their panacea soon enough. Or maybe Matt Eberflus and Frank Reich should just sit down and have a conversation about the best move for this season.

Both teams, the Bears and the Panthers stand in 4 positions in their respective divisions. One of them is going to win, obviously, but it won’t make a lot of difference since they are trailing far behind. A lot of the NFL community has already given up their hopes of seeing the Bears in the playoffs, and sadly, the same can be said about the Panthers, unless they find a cure to their problem. It would take a miracle for sure.
