According to recent news, Alex Anzalone, “who played in today’s win over the #Panthers, said that his parents are trapped in Israel as part of a church tour group of 53 people as conflict continues to rage on.” He post-game said, “It’s hard. It’s really all I’ve been thinking about.” Anzalone’s parents are presently in Jerusalem, seeking a way to evacuate due to the rapidly escalating conflict between Israel and Palestinian militants over the weekend.

In a heartfelt plea, he appealed for assistance in bringing his parents back home and tagged President Joe Biden in a Twitter post, stating, “My parents are in this group. Please get my parents home… @POTUS.” After leading his team with 11 tackles and winning the Sunday game, the linebacker shared this news.
