Previously, Purdy was accused of being a robot by the NFL analyst Kyle Brandt. He pointed out that he was drafted last so that no one would notice him.

Brandt shared his thoughts about the quarterback. He said, “We just intercepted a quarterback who hasn’t been intercepted. We just made history, we just beat Brock Purdy in a game that he wasn’t knocked out of.” Even though Purdy’s performance in the last match wasn’t his best, that didn’t stop his fans from supporting him.

The PFWA All-Rookie Team(2022) was definitely running as an MVP candidate in the first 5 matches of this season. But that didn’t last too long. In the 6th match of the QB, his display was anything but that. But that doesn’t matter to his fans.
The player would have expected backlash on his latest performance as he was also intercepted. However, it was a surprise when his fans didn’t leave his side and still supported him through thick and thin.
