Who doesn’t love Travis Kelce? Apart from his fabulous performance in the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs TE knows how to make a name for himself off the field. After breaking up with ex-girlfriend and model Kayla Nicole, Kelce is one of the hottest singles in the market. And this leads to many women crushing upon the 33-year-old TE. He was also recently rumored to be building a romantic relationship with Megan Thee Stallion, a well-known musician, and icon in the industry. And, now, it seems there is someone else as well. 

Recently, NBA legend Charles Barkley revealed another person close to him who has a crush on the Chiefs player. And it is none other than his own daughter, who also never appreciated the way her father treats men. 

Charles Barkley’s daughter has a major crush on Travis Kelce

During a recent episode of the ‘New Heights’ show, the 60-year-old NBA legend joined brothers Jason and Travis Kelce. During the episode, they began by talking about how Kelce had also made an appearance recently on Barkley’s podcast with Ernie Johnson, known as the ‘Steam Room Podcast’. He talked about how his daughter Christiana Barkley revealed her excitement when she got to know that Travis Kelce was appearing on his podcast.

Barkley said, “My daughter, who I don’t even know paid attention to my podcast, called me and said, dad, you had Travis Kelce on the podcast? I said we had him on last week. She says, please stop right now. Please stop.” Barkley went on to talk about how it’s “weird” to know that his daughter has reached the age to develop potential love interests in her life. He said, “This is my baby girl. But she was so excited we had Travis on”.

The NBA legend went on to talk about how his daughter does not like the way he talks to her male friends, as he recollected an incident from his life. 

Barkley’s daughter is not fond of his treatment of men

While talking about his uneasiness about his daughter growing up to be in romantic relationships, Barkley recalled an incident when his daughter had a male friend over at their house. He said he greeted them in a formal way, welcoming them to their house and stating that if they need anything, just let them know. Then he left the room to give them their personal space.

He went on to talk about how later on, his daughter was disappointed with the way he interacted and treated her male friend. Barkley said, “Afterwards, my daughter comes screaming at me, ‘You’re such an a**! Why can’t you be nice?’ Was I not nice?” He went on to talk about how his daughter cannot expect Barkley to hang out with teenagers just to be nice to them. According to him, he was on his best behavior with someone who is potentially a love interest for her daughter.

This leaves us wondering what will happen if Travis Kelce goes on to date Christiana. Will Barkley still treat Kelce the same way as others? It is something that might just be an imaginary scenario to think about.
