The Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting quarterback, Tom Brady, played 22 seasons in the NFL. He will play his 23rd (and possibly the last) season this tear. Widely considered the greatest athlete of all time, he often laments not being 25-year-old anymore. Who does not want to be young and powerful? Especially when that naïve age brings minimum responsibilities and lots of great experiences.

The NFL GOAT won his first Super Bowl at 24 with the New England Patriots; the team he played his first amazing 20 seasons. And won six Super Bowl titles. He made some serious moves in his early 20s. Then QB won his second Super Bowl at 26. The star passer lived his best life. From partying with the models to attending glamorous award show nights. At 25, he could do it all.

But as Tom Brady grew older, got married, and had kids, his priorities changed. In a podcast interview, Tom Brady talked about his changing responsibilities to football and to his family. He said, “You’re living your life and you can’t stop your life, even though sports is happening.”

Somebody as famous as California Cool lives under great scrutiny by the media. Every trivial aspect of his life gets shown to all the on-lookers. It gets taxing on the athletes and on their families most of the time.

That also comes with a lot of other aspects of life that continue to change because it is your life and I think I alluded to a few weeks ago. You know, everyone deals with different things in their life. And, you know, because we’re, you know, you play out on a big stage and a big you know, there’s there’s a big, there’s a big camera that’s always on you, you know. You’re living your life, but you’re living your sports life, too.” Said Brady.”And they’re covering sports, but they’re, you know, they’re covering your life too,”  it may not surprise many that his personal life updates are the most talked about in the news.

In the podcast, Brady mentions his three little children but not his wife, Gisele Bündchen. She reportedly wants him to retire to focus on his family more.
