From one PR disaster to another, Antonio Brown is a figure who has blazed his way to the wrong side of the public. And the best part seems that the player does not even seem to slow down or learn his lessons. After a tense and abrupt departure from the Buccaneers, the player has gone after former friend and colleague Tom Brady on multiple occasions.
Brady must think twice about keeping his relationship with the former NFL WR, who was seen recently taking a dig at his divorce. Further, the Bills’ Mafia are pleased beyond relief to have not signed the player back in 2019.

Brown has jumped from one controversy to another, often creating headlines with his off-the-field antics. Following his latest dig at Brady’s and Gisele Bündchen’s divorce announcement, the player has received a lot of hate.
And at the same time, the Buffalo Bills fans are extremely thankful for their stars, as they missed the opportunity to get the player a few years back.
Bill’s Mafia: happy to miss out on Antonio Brown
Whatever his reputation maybe now, AB was one of the best wideouts in the league for a long time. While the Bills once missed out on the player, now the fans feel lucky to have dodged the bullet.
The Bills literally dodged a nuclear warhead when Antonio Brown refused to come here. Like holy shit.

Many fans feel lucky to have traded for Stefon Diggs instead of AB.
What a bullet the @BuffaloBills dodged by not landing Antonio Brown and getting @stefondiggs instead. Changed the trajectory of the whole franchise. https://t.co/OmeJnxjoJS

Since the news of Trump trying to buy the franchise, this fan thinks the situation could have been as bad.
Right up there with the fact that Trump was trying to buy the team when it was up for sale. Like could you imagine?

According to this fan, this deal is better left incomplete.

Brown has even made some Bills’ fans sympathetic to long-time rival Tom Brady.
For twenty years, as Bills fans, I hated Brady (as much as you can hate an athlete, not real hate).
I would never wish this shit on him though. This is gross. Antonio Brown is a true piece of shit. https://t.co/kQ3aO4RtGS

When did the Bills go after AB?
In 2019, the Bills and the Pittsburgh Steelers were reportedly very close to a potential deal with the wide receiver. However, it was later revealed any possible chance for it to go through was crushed by the player’s resilience to go to Buffalo. Despite this initial hindrance, things turned out to be for the better.

The Bills instead traded for Cole Beasley, who helped the team to make the playoff in both of his seasons with the team. In addition to his stable effect, in 2020, the organization struck gold when they traded for Stephon Diggs. They acquired him from the Minnesota Vikings, and the rest is history. As a result of events that followed, they are now heavy favorites to win the Super Bowl this season.
