6’6 Rob Gronkowski Snaps Back at Below the Belt Comment Due to “Tiny Tie”

Even though he left the league in 2021, this 4-time Super Bowl champion still shines brightly in the spotlight. Whether it’s his heartwarming moments with his wife or his exciting off-court endeavors, he never fails to capture the fans’ attention.

What’s more, Gronkowski has managed to maintain his peak athletic physique, treating fans to occasional gym photos. Speaking of his wife, she delighted fans by sharing a series of pictures with the former TE during the premiere of the highly anticipated movie, ‘Barbie.’ But that’s not all that caught the eye of a certain professional wrestler, leading to some playful jabs.

Rob Gronkowski took it very lightly

Although it has been a week since Rob’s beloved wife, Camille’s post, the former TE posted his standalone picture only a day ago. As the pair was trying to cosplay Ken and Barbie, they both wore similar attires to those characters. In the NFL star’s self-standing picture, he can be seen donning an all-black get-up, with the exception of a white shirt. However, there is one slight hiccup in his ensemble, with the tie barely reaching his belly button, which caught a lot of attention, including a professional wrestler Dean Mojo Muhtadi, who goes by the stage name, Mojo Rawley.

Rawley was quick to share Rob’s picture in his Instagram story, highlighting the comment he had made on the post. He not only made fun of the small tie but also added a terrible blow, commenting, “Little tie, little muscles, little 🍆”. Rob, on the other hand, was humble enough to let it go with a comment from his side. He shared Rawley’s Instagram story on his own, writing, “Hey, at least you know what you’re dealing with!” He playfully teased the wrestler while carefully crafting his words to avoid any potential controversy.

Their friendship goes beyond jabs on the internet

The 4x Super Bowl didn’t confine himself within the walls of football, as he not only showed interest in wrestling but also appeared on multiple WWE main events. Initially, Rawley was the companion Rob started his WWE journey with, and they also faced each other in several matches. Furthermore, Rob successfully pinned down Rawley in an intense WrestleMania match, claiming victory and winning the 24/7 championship.

Although he has long retired from WWE, he expressed his desire to get back in the ring, only if the legend, Dwayne the Rock Johnson makes a comeback with him, with the option to either play for or against him.

The tiff between Rawley and Rob is just a friendly jab. They’ve been buddies for ages, supporting each other along the way. Nevertheless, it’ll be intriguing to see if Rob returns to wrestling someday.
