Tom Brady is in the news for signing a behemoth contract with FOX Sports. The 7x Super Bowl-winning champion would become a lead NFL analyst upon his retirement. However, former Patriots QB hits out at him and says that the deal would be true only if it happens. The mega deal of $375 million has turned heads around the NFL community and has been the talk of the town.

Scott Zolak, the Patriots veteran, speaks against Brady and his deal on 98.5 radio station, the home for Boston’s sports lovers. The hosts discuss Hall of Famers getting into the broadcasting business after their retirement. Tom Brady became a point of conversation due to his massive FOX deal that is bound to last 10 years.

One of the hosts, Hardy, begins the conversation about Brady. He says, “The Tom Brady thing still amazes me, but the amount of money they’re throwing at them amazes me, too. And by the way, it hasn’t happened yet. I’ll actually believe that when I see it.”

Responding to it, Scott Zolak says, “Yeah It is fair because somebody told me close to Brady said I wouldn’t be surprised if he never does a game. There’s something going on there. Like there’s another step. Something’s up. I don’t know what it is, but somebody close to him said I’d be surprised if he calls a game.”

The Buccaneers‘ QB’s $375 million deal is the most lucrative in sports television history. Moreover, Brady’s new deal is more than double the contracts of CBS Sports’s Tony Romo and ESPN’s Troy Aikman.
