Aaron Rodgers has received acclaim as a true Packers legend. Despite his current struggles, the franchise QB1 has a legacy that he cemented with his success throughout his career. Since Rodgers has spent several years in Green Bay, he knows the schematics and is a franchise veteran. However, some concerning reports are coming from the franchise athletes, and NFL fans cannot stop reacting to them.
The Packers seem to have some trouble on the offensive end. Aaron Rodgers desires to do things his way, and he has had luck with veteran athletes in the mix. However, he has rookie faces in the roost this season, which appears to be a problem for the QB1 because his standards are high.

A-Rod ain’t relying on the new guys
According to The Athletic’s Kalyn Kahler, Aaron Rodgers anticipates his offense to remember around 30 hand motions. They evaluate the athletes each Saturday, but the cues aren’t trained. There is no actual record of them, and Rodgers frequently resurrects signals from years ago. RB Kylin Hill also mentioned the “little death stare” by A-Rod when they mess things up.
Aaron Rodgers expects his offense to know somewhere around 30 hand signals. Every Sat players are tested on them, but the tricky part is the signals aren't officially taught, there's no real record of them, & Rodgers often revives signal from yrs before. https://t.co/k4g4v7x1AW pic.twitter.com/kKwlFtQGxl

It led to the NFL fans standing divided over the reports.

This user claimed that Rodgers may know what he is doing best.
He has won MVP the past 2 seasons, and this season he leads the entire NFC in TD passes with a broken thumb.…. Maybe he knows what he’s doing🤷🏾♂️

Another user is wondering what Matt LaFleur’s offense looks like.
Not only are we changing the play at the line of scrimmage… we are using 30 hand signals to do it?! I wonder what Matt lafluers offense actually looks like 🫠

This user claimed A-Rod not teaching an essential aspect to the rookies led to a 5-8 record.
Aaron Rodgers the defacto head coach who doesn’t teach the rookies an essential part of their offense = 5-8 record

CBS Sports Doug Clawson is fascinated to see such barriers affecting the Packers.
It's really interesting to hear the barriers that prevent young players from developing chemistry with Rodgers. I've seen the numbers on Packers rookie pass catchers, how they are among the worst in the NFL since 2008, but didn't exactly know the why. nice job @kalynkahler

However, this user claimed the former players are salty.
Maybe the 4 time MVP and one of the greatest to ever do it knows what he’s doing. You can tell former players are salty and maybe even love because he’s been on the bench so long. It’s the NFL there’s expectations some harder than others.

But this user felt A-Rod’s time is done.
It's OVER with Rodgers. Nobody wants him & he won't retire. The longer he plays, the worse his Legacy is becoming. He's become so Desperate he was playing injured causing his team to lose games. How sad is that? The Handwriting's on the wall. When will he get it?

This user claimed it is the route running at fault.
Go watch Kurt Warner's study ball videos he puts together. Some of them have been on GBs WRs. It's not that they don't know hand signals, it seems like it's the route running. He showed these choice routes they run & the WR reads their choice wrong & aren't where they should be

But this user understands why A-Rod struggles to trust rookies.
Explains why a WR usually has to be here a few years to perform well. (there are exceptions of course) and why he "struggles" trusting rooks. I get it – works when it works but a HOF QB should also be able to recognize when a WR is in the wrong place and still get them the ball

At this point, Rodgers is in a polarizing situation.
