On Monday Night Football, the New England Patriots beat the Arizona Cardinals to put another nail in the coffin of Arizona’s playoff dreams. To rub salt into the wounds, the Cardinals lost their starting quarterback, Kyler Murray, to a season-ending injury. It was only the third play of the game when Murray went down on the field with a possible knee injury before the medical team carted him off the field.

After Murray left the field, backup quarterback Colt McCoy joined the field. His performance was not great, as he threw one interception in the third quarter, which gave advantage to the Patriots to get their 7th win of the season.
