But in 2020, Brady moved to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The trade shocked everyone around the world. But things were getting tough for the QB. He had to make a change. “We were very successful, winning became more routine than losing,” Brady said about his time in New England. “The pain of losing far surpassed the joy of winning. When you expect to win, and you win, it’s more of a relief as opposed to ‘What an incredible accomplishment!’ In the end, we weren’t going to celebrate anything as a Patriot unless we won the Super Bowl.” There was no satisfaction or peace of mind with the Patriots. Brady needed to make a change. 

Brady finds a new home in Florida

In 2020, Tom Brady jumped ship to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A new beginning after a two-decades long career was exciting for the GOAT. Even his friend and Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski followed him to Tampa. 

Brady won his legendary seventh Super Bowl ring in his first season at the Bay. He looks healthier and happier while playing for the Bucs. It seems like Brady made the right call.
