Tom Brady has taken the high road and is riding into the sunset. The legendary NFL quarterback announced he was hanging up his cleats and ending his football career for good. But it is raising speculation about his status with Fox Sports, which has an important game coming up. Would the people tuning in to the game see TB12 in the number one booth and call for the games?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback announced his second retirement on a fine Wednesday morning. With his football career in the rear-view mirror, Brady could initiate his 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports. The broadcast would include Super Bowl LVII, prompting speculation that TB12 could begin his analyst career in one of the NFL’s marquee games.

Tom Brady could begin his career as a lead analyst in Super Bowl LVII. As Lachlan Murdoch mentioned, “Tom will not only call our biggest NFL games with Kevin Burkhardt but will also serve as an ambassador for us.” But that would not be the case, as Fox Sports announced that Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen would be on the announcing desk for the broadcast’s 10th Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.

Burkhardt and Olsen are Fox’s number-one crew to call games. They teamed up to announce the NFC Championship Game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers. Since this year’s Super Bowl is like a climacteric, the broadcast kept their finest people on the tandem.
