The Steelers’ final exhibition game against the Lions saw the starters in action. But during the play, TJ got hurt by TJ; Hockenson hit Watt on the left knee and took him down and out. He exited the game and did not return.
In a new report by Ari Meirov, Both TJ Watt and WR Diontae Johnson could be back in the game if this were the regular season. He did not show up particularly bothered about their wounds. Both players appear to have escaped long-term injury. But their fate is now unknown ahead of the Bengals’ Week 1 clash.
As per Cincy Jungle, the block attempt resembles the one made by Bengals TE Thaddeus Moss as he dished to Giants rookie Kayvon Thibodeaux.
