The role of a healthy diet is crucial for overall health. However, when it comes to navigating the world of health and nutrition, the conversations about diets can often clash. On one hand, we have Tom Brady who has devised an elusive guideline to follow, famously known as the TB12 diet, deemed to be the secret of his agility and health. The renowned diet involves predominantly organic vegetables and fruits while completely ditching processed foods and alcohol.
And yes, not everybody is going to follow a strict diet plan like Brady. Josh Allen has a more flexible diet style that might be a bit more appealing to the foodies.

Josh Allen is all about enticing the taste buds. The QB claims to binge calories unless he’s got a reason to cut back. In his latest appearance at the podcast Bussin with the Boys, hosted by NFL players Will Compton & Taylor Lewan, Allen spilled about his not-so-elusive food choices.
I’m all about caloric intake and all that other s*** , any calories you know. If you want to lose weight the chloric deficit I think like their studies that show that if you want to lose weight, just stop eating right, so that’s what I need to stop. Start losing weight and start cutting a little bit I just eat way less.”
He also went on to rate good old burgers as his favorite food. When asked about it, he perfectly summed up his affection, “I love the burger…. burgers great”.
Allen also recalled a late-night trip where he waited for a solid 40 minutes to get a Big Mac.
“I may or may not have waited 35 to 40 minutes in the drive through line last night on my way to the hotel ‘cause I was really hungry, there’s nothing open and got myself a Big Mac allegedly,” he said.

Two quarterbacks could not be more different when it comes to their diet choices. However, Brady might also disagree with Allen’s yet another dietary invention.
Diet choices indeed like day and night
The Bills QB who loves to indulge in calorie-loaded meals, also has his own breakfast cereals, Josh’s Jaqs, available only in New York local markets, that Brady will despise. The former QB has outrightly called out many food products and their adverse effects on health in many instances, and one time specifically about breakfast cereals. “We believe that Frosted Flakes is a food… You just keep eating those things, and you keep wondering why we have just incredible rates of disease in our country. No one thinks it has anything to do with what we put in our body.”
