Rob Gronkowski retired just a year prior to his best friend Tom Brady, primarily due to an unavoidable injury. And he stayed out of controversies since. However, recently, one of his former teammates, Jake Bequette, made serious accusations against Rob. He appeared on a podcast where he labeled his former teammate as literally a party animal. And now, somehow Tom Brady is also in this equation.
According to Jake, during the offseason, Gronkowski would spend the entire night drinking and partying, and then return to the training facility at dawn. Since the news broke out last week, the NFL community has been divided into various theories and speculations. Adding another twist to the situation, TB12’s brainchild, recently made an interesting post.

Brady’s business ventures are no secret, and one of his famous initiatives is TB12 Sports, which aims to promote better health and recovery for fans worldwide. Rob was featured in a recent video on their Instagram page promoting electrolytes and his own product, the Ice Shaker. However, their most recent post takes a different route from their usual athlete collaborations, focusing instead on a 4-step method to avoid hangovers.

The post showcased two separate pictures, one featuring a cocktail and the other providing a 4-step guide to overcoming a hangover. The third step suggests drinking electrolyte-enhanced water, which helps maintain fluid balance and prevent illness. Lastly, it advises consuming water-rich fruits and vegetables such as cucumbers, watermelon, celery, and citrus foods.
Although the post intends to help fans avoid hangovers and carries a positive tone, the comment section was not entirely receptive. One user even remarked, “Perfect timing for the post,” attempting to involve Rob in the conversation once again.

During his appearance on ‘Prime Time with Alex Stien‘, Jack claimed that Rob would party and drink throughout the night, showing up at the facilities nearly unconscious around 3-4 AM. According to Jack, the trainers would then administer IV treatment to Rob in the morning, as he would lie flat on the training table.
Following Jack’s accusations, Rob’s former teammates such as Julian Edelman and Patrick Chung, came to his defense, stating that the allegations were exaggerated lies. However, Rob hasn’t made a statement about the matter yet.
As the season begins, fans across the community undoubtedly miss the presence of both Rob and Brady in the league. Despite a few controversies, they continue to make significant contributions off the field and will likely do so in the future.
