Tom Brady spent a major part of his career suffering from pain in his elbow when he threw. Because he trained so much, it affected his elbow adversely. To improve the pain he faced, Brady and his personal trainer, Alex Guerrero, with whom he started the TB12 Sport initiative, found a way. Guerrero combated Tampa Bay Bucs QB’s tendonitis, he performed manual tissue work. That helped to make his muscles flexible.

Because the solution worked for Brady, he thought of sharing it with the world. Thus, the former News Patriots QB and his trainer opened up TB12 Sports. In the Instagram video, he urges everybody to trust themselves. “Never let them define you. No matter the age, no matter the obstacle. It’s not about what they say. It’s about how you feel about what you do,” said the MVP-winning QB.
