Russell Wilson is known for his regular cringe-worthy posts and tweets on the internet. With his rather overly optimistic outlook on life and the game, many fans are frustrated by the quarterback.

Wilson’s former Seahawks teammate Mike Robinson gave his thoughts on the quarterback’s current predicament. When asked about Russell’s authenticity on The Herd, a sports talk show, Robinson said, “Russell has been a positive person since the moment I met him when he walked into the locker room with the Seattle Seahawks. But my whole thing and the whole point I was trying to make on total access with that quote was, you can’t be so positive that you’re ignorant to reality and that’s basically what I was talking about.”

There is no difference. Russell got his money, Nathaniel Hackett got his money but we’re still losing.”

Wilson has been optimistically vocal about the Broncos’ recovery this season. But his words are far from reassuring. To add to their misery, Wilson’s health is a concerning factor in upcoming games. With both Hamstring and shoulder injuries, Russell Wilson’s chances of redeeming the Broncos look slim.
