Mike McCarthy-coached Dallas Cowboys endured a tough outing in his debut season as head coach in Texas. The former Green Bay Packers boss steered the Cowboys to a 6-10 record as they finished 3rd in the NFC East above rivals, Philadelphia Eagles. Injured quarterback Dak Prescott is on track to make a full recovery in 2021 but he is yet to make an appearance this preseason.

This year, the HBO Hard Knocks series will center around America’s team – the Dallas Cowboys. Episode 1 of the series dropped last week and was an immediate hit. Fans were delighted to see their boys in blue, especially the likes of Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and of course, newboy Micah Parsons.

Dallas Cowboys Hard Knocks episode 2 is set to be a thriller

Hard Knocks Episode 2 of Training Camp will be telecast on August 17, 2021, on HBO. It will give viewers an insight as coach McCarthy’s boys prepare for Week 2 of the NFL Preseason.

As per a report on Fort Worth-Star Telegram, an MRI exam on Saturday confirmed that Prescott’s strained right shoulder is healing properly. In fact, Dallas Cowboys fans will see their franchise quarterback in action as coach McCarthy’s team look to increase his throwing regimen this week.

We’re sure to get a concrete update on Dak’s fitness in episode 2. Whether or not he plays a role in the Cowboys’ second preseason game remains to be seen. But one thing is for sure, Ezekiel Elliott and his baby powder connection will definitely gets fans rolling on the floor laughing their hearts out!
