Terrell Owens is finally making his long-awaited return to the gridiron. The 48-year-old has not played in a professional football game since 2010. The NFL Hall of Famer has joined the Fan Controlled Football League. He will be receiving from the quarterback Johnny Manziel on the Zappers side this season.
The veteran still hopes to make a comeback in the National Football League. Many think that this is a berserk claim by the wide receiver, but if someone can do it, it’s T.O. A return to the NFL will be tough at this stage, but for now, how much is Owens making while playing in the FCFL?

Owens has been all over the league during his active year. He even had a short stint in the Canadian Football League with the Allen Wranglers in 2012. The Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks are some of the teams Owens played for in his career. He never truly considered himself retired because his career did not end on his terms. Owens was a five-time First-team All-Pro, got selected for the Pro Bowl six times, and led the NFL in receiving touchdowns three times.
Owens thinks he still has a lot left in the tank. “I wasn’t given the opportunity to play. That doesn’t mean I retired,” T.O said. “Has Colin Kaepernick retired? because he hasn’t been given an opportunity.” The receiver wants to use this opportunity to make his return to the NFL.
