This specifically eyes on his properties at Malibu crib, which he got alongside his ex, Danica Patrick. Who gets the mansion after their split? the question remains.

Aaron Rodgers became the face of Wisconsin sporting clubs ever since he got there. His commitment to the Packers now keeps him as the fan’s favorite personality. Aside from his storied NFL career, the athlete is a well-known investor as well. The Super Bowl XLV Champ owns a minority stake in NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks. Fans have seen him in some of their games too.

 

In October 2019, Aaron Rodgers and his partner at the time, Danica Patrick, paid $28 million for a beachfront residence in Malibu. After leasing it from British pop star Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, for the warmer months, they ended up buying the property. Before Williams, Janet Jackson rented the property.

Although the pair paid 50-50 over the estate, official papers recommend that the Green Bay quarterback may be the sole shareholder, according to Famous Entertainment on YouTube. As of now, he still holds the property, even after parting ways with the Race Car Phenom.

There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4,636 sq ft of living area in this opulent home. The estate even has a separate two-bedroom boarding house beside the original house, which has glass walls that link up the indoors and outdoor environments. The swanky package includes a pool, spa, barbecue, and built-in patio seating with views of the Pacific Coast.

Does Aaron Rodgers make more property investments?

Aaron Rodgers made several real estate purchases during his 17-year NFL career with the Packers. Just like his Malibu crib, all the others appear to be superb. As per Realtor.com, when he’s in Wisconsin, he lives in a Hobart, Wisconsin, residence. He bought it for $1.74 million in 2015. Lambeau Field is about a 10-minute drive away.

Rodgers, who was born and raised in Chico, California, held ties to his hometown. In 2007, he paid $306,000 for a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, which sits on three acres and is 4,543 square feet. In 2014, he sold the property for an undisclosed sum.

Back in November 2021, the star quarterback sold his Del Mar villa for $5.13 million. The 5,770-square-foot home contains five bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an office, screening room, wine cellar, playroom, and guest bedroom with a separate entrance. The 1-acre grounds include an outsized pool and spa. It looks like Aaron Rodgers has a good grasp on property sales and acquisitions.
