The Denver Broncos have a new quarterback. They acquired the legendary Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson never wanted to leave Seattle, but he is feeling at home in Denver too. The quarterback has not played a game in the orange jersey, but he has already developed good relationships with people in the franchise.

The Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett opens up about his developing relationships with the new quarterback. He says that they have been communicating back and forth nonstop. Both of them have already formed an unbreakable bond. It could be very beneficial on the field when the regular season kicks off.
Nathaniel Hackett reacts to Russell Wilson joining the Broncos
The Denver Broncos have been in desperate need of a quarterback for years. Their prayers were answered in a grand way. They got the services of one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Russell Wilson is an elite athlete who has won it all. He is a former Super Bowl champion, a nine-time Pro Bowl selection, and winner of the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year (2020).
Wilson is the kind of quarterback you want to call shots for your team. When he joined the Broncos, the HC Nathaniel Hackett was very excited. When the news was official, the HC revealed he let out “A little scream.”
While talking to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network during an interview, Hackett said, “It was one of those somewhat high-pitched, but still wanted to be kind of manly screams.” He adds, “When you get a great player like that, to be able to be around him and get to know him as I have now, it’s exciting.”

Nathaniel Hackett has just arrived in Denver as well. So being the new guys he and Russell Wilson will have to figure things out together. Ever since Wilson’s arrival, the HC has been in constant touch with him.

“We’re just trying to get to know each other,” said the HC, expressing his excitement. “[Russell Wilson] wants to represent the Broncos and himself, the coaches, everybody. And that’s the passion that you’re hunting. I think that’s what Russell brings every single day. And it is every single day and at every minute of the day… We’re joined at the hip now, and I love being on his hip.”
