This Christmas day, Tom Brady spent the night playing against the Arizona Cardinals. While the QB played his first Christmas game, his kids were away with their mother, Gisele Bündchen. For the first holiday season since their parent’s divorce, the kids spent their time enjoying various activities in Brazil. The 42-year-old supermodel shared a lot of pictures from the vacation with her kids, including ventures like horseback riding and fishing. But once they were back in America, it was time for them to partake in the festivities for a second time.

As the saying goes, better late than never. It was the motto for Brady this year, as he spent a belated Christmas with his children. The 45-year-old shares two kids with Gisele Bündchen, 10-year-old daughter Vivian, and 12-year-old son Benjamin. While he also has a 15-year-old son, Jack, with Bridget Moynahan. According to multiple insiders, after the divorce, both parents want the children to be free and have access to each other at all times.

Previously addressing their amicable divorce, TB12 opened up on his podcast, Let’s Go! With Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray. “We all have our unique challenges in life. We’re all humans. We do the best we could do,” explained Brady. “I have incredible parents that have always taught me the right way to do things. I want to be a great father to my children and always try to do things the right way as well.”

Tom Brady finally gets his Christmas hugs

However, it was after Christmas day that the seven-time Super Bowl champion was actually united with his kids. On Tuesday, the delighted father shared a bunch of stories on Instagram with his kids. The festive theme remained, as all of them enjoyed a merry night together. The three siblings posed together in front of a tree, while the youngest, Vivian, received a hug from her brothers Jack and Benjamin.

An insider revealed that the couple are trying to make it as easy for the kids as they can, even after their 13 years old marriage came to an end. “They’ve got a schedule, but neither of them would prevent their kids from seeing the other parent.” Explained a source close to the ex-couple.
