Although at one point late in the game, it looked as if that hope will be diminished, because of incompetent officiating. Late in the fourth quarter of the game when the timer had just seconds to go, QB Ryan Tannehill tossed the ball over to Nick Westbrook, who fell a few inches short to make the first down.

Refs favoring Tennessee Titans against the Steelers

Although it seemed as if the referees tried to turn the game other way round. But it was because of the benefit of instant replay the Steelers tasted the sweet poetic justice in the nick of time. Even the Titans head coach Mike Vrabel called out for a replay which didn’t go in his favor.

However, it was very much clear as to whose play it was and any incorrect decision by the refs would have erupted the Heinz Field. People on Twitter who couldn’t unsee how much the Titans were being favored by the officials gave the same reaction. Even Kansas City Chiefs star running back Darrel Williams reacted to it, accusing the refs of “tryna cheat for the titans.”
