Diggs highlighted his family issues while stating he had a candid conversation with the head coach Sean McDermott, and concludingly he wanted to keep the private matters away from the public eye.

Diggs shared, “I attributed it to family matters, I don’t like dancing around things… Everybody has family matters. We had a conversation. All is well, water on the bridge now, we back at work. … Everything that needed to be said, we talked it out as men.” 

The prime news is that things have settled. And in the midst of these issues, Steffon Diggs’ younger brother Trevon Diggs signed a promising contract with the Dallas Cowboys, giving Diggs family an ounce of happiness.

According to NFL reports, the Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs’ 5-year extension is valued at $97 million, further sweetened by a $21 million signing bonus, totaling up to $104 million with incentives. The 24-year-old Diggs undeniably stamped his name in the NFL since being drafted in 2020. With two Pro Bowl appearances in three seasons, he holds an outstanding record, including 17 interceptions, 49 blocked passes, and 169 tackles in 45 games.
