There is a huge rivalry between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys. Both these teams’ fanbase despise each other and never leave an opportunity to take a dig at each other.
Recently, a Mississippi and Alabama-based newsman named Ethan Bird trolled the Cowboys in the most unlikely manner. He covers sports and weather. While doing the 10-day forecast on WTOK-TV, Ethan Bird said, “Now we look at our 10-day forecast, and it’s looking a little bit like those Dallas Cowboys: it’s peaking in the 90s.”

This was a very nasty statement by Bird, and it certainly rattled the Cowboys fans. With the term ‘peaking in the 90s’, Bird signified that the Jerry Jones-owned Dallas Cowboys peaked in the 1990s, and have found little success since then.
Even though the statement bore truth, the Cowboys fans were happy to catch strays in the offseason. This further fuels the rivalry between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys. Both teams are gearing up for a great fight to win their division in the upcoming season, and fair to say fans are excited about it.
Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles will have a great rivalry this season
The Dallas Cowboys were able to win their division last year. Winning the division again this season won’t be a simple task for them. The Philadelphia Eagles have added many talented players to their team. As a result, the Cowboys have work cut out for them in the upcoming season.

This will be a very important season for Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts. The team has provided him with all the tools required to achieve success, and now it’s his time to shine. The primary aim of the franchise will be to win the division and make a deep run into the playoffs.
On the other hand, the pressure is also on Dak Prescott. The Cowboys’ quarterback showed glimpses of his brilliance last year, but he often fell short in big games. He will need to prove that he can perform well in big games also, or else he might face an immense backlash from Cowboys fans and the organization.
