It’s been a wild couple of months for six-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady. After ending his 20-year association with the New England Patriots, the legendary quarterback dropped a shocker for his fans. Brady announced that he would sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a two-year contract. The 43-year old stands to earn $60 million over the next two years, $50 million guaranteed.
He arrived in Florida along with former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski. He came out of retirement and signed a one-year deal with the Bucs. Head coach Bruce Arians has a load of options at his disposal in order to complement Tom’s skillset in the shotgun formation. The likes of Mike Evans, Chris Goodwin, OJ Howard, and Cameron Brate will be eager to learn as much as they can from their new franchise quarterback.

With Jameis Winston, the Bucs ended the 2019 season with a 7-9 record. It was the first year of Arians’ tenure in Florida. They failed to qualify for the playoffs. But three players (Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Shaquill Barnett) made the NFL Pro Bowl. Evans and Godwin both registered 1,000+ receiving yards.
The arrival of Tom Brady will push a young Tampa Bay squad to work harder as they aim to make the playoffs. Can ‘Tampa Brady’ add another Lombardi Trophy to his collection before he calls time on his illustrious career in the NFL?
Colin Cowherd calls Tampa Bay a ‘Super Bowl’ team
"This offensive roster is better, in my opinion, than the Randy Moss-Wes Welker team… Tampa Bay and Baltimore Super Bowl wouldn't shock me a bit." — @ColinCowherd pic.twitter.com/B7RUh6v69A

On a recent segment of The Herd with Colin Cowherd, the popular analyst claimed that Tom Brady was the missing piece of the puzzle in Florida.
“This is a Super Bowl roster and they’re going to be really good, really fast… Any cynics on this, don’t be. Generally, on OVER/UNDERs I’m a bet the under guy, but the more I think about this — Baltimore and Tampa bet the OVER… I’m not shocked if Tampa Bay is 13-3 and I’m not shocked if Baltimore is 16-0. I’m serious, a Baltimore vs. Tampa Super Bowl wouldn’t shock me a bit… This offensive roster is better, in my opinion, than the Randy Moss-Wes Welker team,” Cowherd said on his show via FoxSports Radio.
