Tom Brady cast his regular spell on Monday as he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to an easy win over the New York Giants. It is always special to see the 44-year-old take the field with confidence and own whoever comes up against him. Just as he did during his 2007 season with the New England Patriots, with the likes of Randy Moss.

Tom Brady and Randy Moss during the 2007 NFL season
That season was a special one for Tom Brady and the whole Patriots squad as they pulled off an undefeated streak going into the Super Bowl XLII. Although that undefeated streak came to a heartbreaking end as they lost to the Eli Manning led New York Giants, with the Super Bowl title slipping away from their hands.
That was the closest Randy Moss ever got to the Super Bowl title with the Patriots. However it was the journey that reflected upon the extraordinary partnership between Tom Brady and Randy Moss. Moss finished his 2007 season with 98 receptions for 1,493 yards and a career high 23 touchdowns, making it the best of his three seasons with the Patriots.
When @religionofsport asked me what I thought my greatest performance was, it was a no brainer. 2007 against @BuffaloBills. We scored 56 points & threw 4 touchdown passes to @RandyMoss. Hey Randy, Bucs red would look good on you! Have a few snaps left? 😉 #GreatnessCode @AppleTV pic.twitter.com/bmzhHJ60E8

New England Patriots teammates reunite
Fans craved to see more of that partnership, but it ended unexpectedly when Randy Moss went back to Minnesota Vikings in 2010. Although the tales of their receptions together still echo around the walls of the Gillette Stadium.
