The 2021 NFL season might still be months away, but the hype surrounding it is already at a fever pitch. The reason for this being in the league announcing the full list of fixtures for teams in the upcoming season on Wednesday. With a whole bunch of mouth-watering ties to look forward to, the season will kick off with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers taking on the Dallas Cowboys.

Set to be held on September 9, the defending Super Bowl champions will play host to America’s team at Raymond James Stadium.

For the Cowboys 2020 was rough. Failing to make the playoffs, the side finished the season with a 6-10 losing record. A lot of their misfortunes last season though can be blamed on their long list of injuries.

But with Prescott now back fit and under a new contract, the Cowboys have reasons to be optimistic. And that Cowboys team is also doing their bit off the pitch to get their fans involved.

Dallas Cowboys rope in Post Malone for viral video  

To break the news to their fans about the 2021 schedule, the Cowboys released a video featuring rapper Post Malone. The artist who is known for chart-toppers such as Sunflower, Circles, and Rockstar played the role of a postman in the video. 

Malone joined Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and even performed a rendition of his hit song “Wow” where he references Cowboys QB Dak Prescott.

Interestingly enough, Prescott and star running back Ezekiel Elliott have a cameo towards the end of the video.

Malone has been a lifelong Cowboys fan. And the opportunity to work on a video with his beloved franchise was simply too good an offer to pass.
