Lamar Jackson has a more than active presence on social media. Jackon’s Twitter and Instagram feed reflects his day-to-day activities and other miscellaneous events. The 2019 NFL MVP recently shared a short clip of Atlanta Falcons WR Calvin Ridley on his Twitter feed. Lamar Jackson is renowned for his hilarious gimmicks on social media handles. At the tender age of 23, one can’t help but see the lighter side of things every now and then. Jackson saw the comical side of Calvin Ridley’s workout video which he shared on his official Twitter handle. Jokes aside, Ridley does look in terrific shape. Calvin Ridley had a fine debut season with Atlanta as he completed 821 rushing yards and registered 10 TDs. While his rushing yards stat increased in 2019, Ridley just managed to score seven TDs last year. Fun fact, Ridley and Jackson were drafted in the NFL back in 2018. In fact, Ridley was drafted ahead of Jackson by the Falcons as the latter eventually ended up in Baltimore. The rest, as they say, is history.

What next for Lamar ‘Smiley Face’ Jackson and the Ravens?
Ravens coach John Harbaugh is optimistic about his side’s offensive improvement in the offseason. During a conference call earlier this year, Harbaugh said “Those corners are going to be one-on-one and those safeties are going to be one-on-one against receivers, especially on downfield throws, and we got to make them pay for it. I really do believe that’s the next step for this offense from an execution standpoint.”

The 23-year old had a standout 2019 season with the Ravens last year. He beat Super Bowl LIV MVP Patrick Mahomes to the NFL MVP award by a clear margin. This is why coach Harbaugh has great expectations from his star performer and the rest of the offensive line ahead of the 2020 season. “I really do believe Lamar is going to take the next step and our receivers are going to take the next step,” Harbaugh added.
