Justin Fields is currently one of the brightest quarterback prospects in the NFL. The former Buckeyes quarterback is preparing to enter the NFL this coming season.

As he impressed NFL scouts during his time at Ohio State, Fields now preps to join the NFL through the Draft. And he has already established himself as one of the fastest quarterbacks in the class.

Justin Fields took to Twitter to share a video of his dash attempt. Fields put in an impressive showing, completing his 40-yard dash in just 4.41 seconds.

But being the elite competitor that he is, Fields noted that this is just the beginning. He is hard at work to make sure that his dash time comes down to 4.3 seconds by his pro-day.

Fields’ impressive dash time will only further cement the interest that several teams have in him going into this draft. Many expect Fields to be a Top-3 quarterback draft pick this year.

The undisputed first pick in the draft this year will be Trevor Lawrence, as the Clemson quarterback stood out throughout the entirety of the 2020 college football season. However, Fields is still a valuable prospect for whichever team that chooses to pick him this season.

Justin Fields ready to join the big leagues

Many expect the New York Jets to select Justin Fields with their 2nd-overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Jets struggled severely last season, with Sam Darnold being their primary quarterback option.

While Darnold is still at the dawn of his NFL career, it feels like his time in the New York Jets came to an end last season.
