In a recent interview, NBC reporter Peter King had a small chat with Josh Allen on camera, speaking about his overall attitude and the ongoing training session. After concluding with a good luck message to the quarterback, Allen offered a handshake to his interviewer.
“Josh Allen, have a great year. Thanks a lot,” said King. However, to everyone’s surprise, King didn’t even budge toward Allen’s gesture and didn’t even look at him. The Bills signal-caller was equally surprised with an “OH!” and a grin on his face. However, he kept hanging his hands for a while until the reporter reverted to his gesture.
After an awkward 5 seconds, Peter King shared his hands. Interestingly, this moment took no time to spread like a wildfire as soon as the interview was broadcasted. Fans were amazed to see the MVP contender of 2022-23 left hanging. Although it seemed to be purely unintentional from King’s side, he later apologized for his actions online.
