My family has dealt with a lot of cancer, but mom would say the worst is childhood cancer. My mom had a beautiful life and she would want a child to have the same. If you click this link & donate, I will match up to $100,000 to St Jude Hospital. https://t.co/IPqHpnAITk pic.twitter.com/KKgnxAyw5g

In reply, the Rivera family also thanked everyone who sent some lovely messages during their loss. Ron Rivera himself shared a beautiful message on Twitter as well. Meanwhile, after attending her mother’s funeral, he went straight to the presser and faced some challenging questions by the media. One reporter asked him about the situation in America after a horrible shooting incident with their rookie running back Brian Robinson Jr.

In reply, he said, “I think it’s about the community being aware and the community really just saying enough is enough, coming together, supporting our elected officials, you know, helping them. There’s too much infighting, as far as that’s concerned and the real truth of the matter is people are dying unnecessarily and it’s crazy how we, you, know one of the most advanced societies in the world continue to have this issue.”

Meanwhile, many criticized this sort of question in the press conference, after he suffered a tragic loss. Moreover, the reporters asked a lot of questions about the current state of the Commanders, and Rivera had to answer them.
I repeat, this is completely unfair to the players and the coaches of the Washington Commanders.
There’s always something going on off the football field.

Speaking about the current situation with the Commanders and the selling, owner Dan Snyder already announced that he’s contacted the Bank of America to potentially sell the franchise for an amount of $5.6 billion. According to recent reports, Jeff Bezos and Jay-Z showed some interest in buying the franchise.
On the other hand, the Commanders have won 4 out of their last 5 games. However, they are still sitting last in the NFC East division. From here on, it will be really tough for them to qualify for the playoffs. However, they are still not losing hope.
