The  Kansas City Chiefs recently won the Super Bowl and the Chiefs’ players are enjoying the benefits. Some of the main players like Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce have been enjoying their post-win revelries. Furthermore, Kelce has also gone on to make his mark in the entertainment industry. The tight end played host on one of the latest editions of SNL. The athlete went on to make his mark with his signature brand of hilarity.

Furthermore, the tight end spoke about some of the advice he got from previous athlete hosts, one of the most prominent ones among them was from Peyton Manning. He went on to speak about it on his podcast.

It is no secret that ex-quarterback Peyton Manning has made his fair share of appearances on the big screen. Therefore, he remains to be in the perfect position to give Kelce advice for the part of the SNL host. The Chiefs’ tight end spoke about the advice Manning gave him on his podcast with his brother. Via the podcast, Kelce said, “Peyton Manning gave me one word of advice going into it which was the best advice that I could get. And he said dude just go all in just be open-minded just go all in be on time.”

Furthermore, Kelce mentioned how important Manning’s advice was considering his own habits of not being on time. The tight end also mentioned how he got advice from other reliable sources as well.

Kelce also mentioned the hilarious advice he received from NBA legend Charles Barkley.

Yes, that’s right, Barkley had some quintessential wardrobe malfunction advice for Kelce. He reportedly told Kelce to ensure he kept his underwear on him at all times, owing to the constant costume changes. On their podcast, the Kelce brothers even had a huge laugh as the NBA legend’s practical advice hit the tight end hard. However, the tight end went on to put up a brilliant show as the host and played his part right on the show.

All in all, Kelce went on to reap the rewards of his Super Bowl win by going on SNL. However, it remains to be seen if Kelce is able to pull off another win next year and go on shows again.
