On Sunday’s LVI game, Miller wore an orange-black number 88 decal on the back of his helmet. Miller wore the decal in honor of his late friend from the Denver Broncos, wide receiver Demaryius Thomas.
Miller and DT were teammates for the Broncos when they won the Super Bowl in 2015. In the same interview, he also said, “I was playing for DT. He passed away suddenly in December.”
