Being rated 99 in the upcoming Madden 22 video game, Davante Adams officially booked his place in the illustrious ’99 club.’
The club is only for players who manage to attain the rating of 99 in an installment of Madden. And for Adams’ introduction to the club, NBA legend Michael Jordan’s brand, Jordan, who sponsor the athlete decided to shower some love.

David Bakhtiari was roped in by Madden and Jordan to surprise Davante Adams with his custom pair of Madden 99 club Jordan gold cleats. While Adams was in the middle of the interview, Bakhtiari barged in to present him his new pair of cleats.
And it’s safe to say Adams was thoroughly surprised. Though interupted in the middle of an interview, Adams had no qualms when he saw what David Bakhtiari had to offer. “Goodness gracious. That was worth it,” said Adams.
While being the team player he is, Adams said that his Packers teammate Bakhtiari too should be a member of the 99 club. Putting in the hard work through the day, the Adams hinted at the game creators to consider bumping up his left tackle’s rating.

“David Bakhtiari should have been in the ‘99 Club,’ as well, so you might want to analyze that and see if we can make some changes,” Adams said. “I see this man every single day, so it’s not about you, it’s about me.”
Alongside Davante Adams, LA Rams’ Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey and Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes & Travis Kelce are the only other players to be a part of this year’s 99 club.
