After a brutal end to their season at the hands of Dak and the Dallas Cowboys, the Buccaneers have a lot to figure out. Despite taking the NFC South Divisional throne for the third time in a row, Tom Brady had to see his 7-0 win streak against the Cowboys come to an end. However, there are signs that there won’t be another attempt.
Tampa Tom’s post-game press conference was not what anybody expected after the loss. Brady sported a smile and humbly accepted that there can only be one winner. However, his words left a lot to be wondered about as the seven-time Super Bowl champion ended the media meet in under five minutes.

Brady and Co simply lost to a better side on Monday night as Dak Prescott produced a five-star performance with 4 passing touchdowns and 1 rush TD. Brady’s 352 yards and 3 touchdowns weren’t enough. However, Brady didn’t go into the specifics in the presser. And dwelled more on the big picture.

“Thank you guys for everything this year. I really appreciate all your efforts. And I know it’s hard for you guys, too. It’s hard for us players to make it through. I love this organization. It’s a great place to be. I love everyone for welcoming me, all you regulars. And just very grateful for the respect, and I hope I gave the same thing back to you guys. So thank you very much,” Tom Brady said in his last press conference of the season.
Brady missed the date with his favorite childhood franchise, the San Francisco 49ers, in the divisional round of this playoff. However, there seem to be bigger things to think about right now.
Where can Brady land next year?
Tom loves Tampa. And they did rule their division, albeit with a losing 8-9 record. And with his future Miami house a couple of hours away, Brady will have a really tough time moving to play for a new team. However, it’s not off the table after his indirect farewell speech. Also, TB12 tipped his cap to the Bucs fans before exiting the field and there seem to be too many signs pointing to the inevitable.
