The NFL in collaboration with Vanessa Bryant has shot a video featuring the Los Angeles Rams protecting their home field against the Cincinnati Bengals. Vanessa Bryant shared glimpses of the shot that has left everyone in tears.

Only a few hours remain until the Super Bowl LVI kicks off. The major sporting event of the year will take place in the ‘City of Angels’, where the LA Rams will take on the Cincinnati Bengals. As a result, a film will be aired on Sunday at 9 am ET. An immersive short film called “This is LA” will be narrated by Venessa Bryant.

Yesterday, the teaser was released, in which Vanessa recounted the story of Los Angeles, its rich sporting culture, and its history. The video features Vanessa sitting behind the wheel of a gorgeous classic car. The car is parked in front of a mural depicting Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant.

Vanessa Bryant shares a post that left everyone in tears
Vanessa Bryant posted several images from the shoot on her Instagram account. She captioned the image: “I couldn’t look at the mural next to me until we wrapped. This city is special to me for so many reasons. It’s an honor to be a part of #ThisIsLA.” Additionally, she included two heartbreak emojis in the caption and ended it with a yellow and a purple heart.
In January 2020, Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna Bryant died in a tragic helicopter crash. It was devastating news for every Kobe fan around the globe. Consequently, the post brought back all the Black Mamba’s memories and left his fans to break down in tears.

Kobe Bryant cemented the Los Angeles Lakers‘ status as the city’s best team during his 20 years with them. As a result, in the aftermath of his tragic death, several murals were painted all over Los Angeles, giving the city a yellow-purple glow.

Even though Kobe and Gianna left us very soon; Mamba and his daughter will forever remain in our hearts. Therefore, the NFL paying homage to Kobe on the day of the biggest sporting event only illustrates how much he meant to Los Angeles.
