Unable to Stop Tom Brady From Moving to Florida, Billionaire Owner Robert Kraft Provides BTS Look Into TB12’s Comeback Conversations

Tom Brady made his name with the Patriots as he became one of the best QBs to have ever set foot in the game. He led the team to all 6 of their Super Bowl wins in a career that spanned almost 2 decades. Having joined them at the turn of the Millennium, Brady would bag every award available with the Patriots.

Brady’s time with the New England outfit saw him build a relationship with his coach and the owner. The trio would oversee a long relationship between them during their time together with the Patriots with Robert Kraft developing an affinity for Brady. Kraft recently revealed some of his feelings for Brady in an article published on the New York Post.

Tom Brady will always be a Patriot

Robert Kraft’s invitation to Tom Brady for their opening game of the upcoming NFL season was met with a swift acceptance. Kraft shares that Brady accepted his offer ‘right away’. The Patriots owner shares, “When I made him the offer he accepted right away… And, I mean, the demand for tickets for that game is unbelievable, so we look forward to honoring him.”

Brady has been an integral part of Kraft’s life over the last two decades, as he saw Brady grow up and evolve in his relationships over the years. Robert Kraft goes on to talk about Brady and that he holds Patriots dear to him. The owner says the invite was a gesture to indicate how highly he is regard in the Patriots Camp. He says, “We always knew he was a Patriot at heart and we wanted him back here — and we want our fans to be able to recognize everything he did for us and how special he is.”

After retiring from the game in 2019, Brady would not be able to stay away from the game. His return to the game saw him take on a new adventure with the Bucs. He could have joined the Patriots, but the relationship with Bill Belichick and other factors would mean he chose a new path. And the path would ultimately help him seal his legacy as he switched to Florida.

Brady cemented his legacy without Bill Belichick

Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are one of the most synonymous coach-player duos. Together they won 6 Super Bowls, in under 2 decades and broke numerous records. But many always felt the other would not do quite well if one half of the duo went missing. But Brady proved he can deliver the Super Bowl even without the legendary Belichick.

Tom won his 7th and final Super Bowl ring in 2021 as a player of his career after he joined the Bucs in 2020. This win would be pivotal to silence the critics who questioned his ability to perform outside of the Patriots. In the meantime, Belichick has failed to make the Super Bowl stage ever since Brady left in 2019.

Tom Brady will be attending the Patriots season opener in the 2023 NFL season after accepting Kraft’s request. This return will see him earn a tribute and applause upon his trip to the Gillette Stadium in the coming months.
