With the commencement of the 2023 NFL season, the NFL is increasing its radar toward the multiple landscapes. Needless to say, the league caters to nationwide football enthusiasts, and to enlarge its reach the NFL recently announced the successor of its previously launched project. 

With the gaming world at its peak, NFL, NFLPA in collaboration with StatusPro, a sports technology company, announced the release of a new version of First-Person Virtual Reality Game. And this time the game’s promotional video features none other than the Baltimore Ravens’ quarterback Lamar Jackson

NFL Pro Era II, the multiplayer game will be released on September 28. The game will allow players to compete one-on-one with a VR experience. It was the NFL journalist Dov Kleiman who shared the news of this upcoming release on his Twitter account.

Sharing the news, Kleiman wrote, “The NFL announces a new VR game – Pro ERA II featuring Lamar Jackson. It is a sequel to the first-ever NFL and NFLPA-licensed virtual reality simulation game. The new game includes new and improved features – the standout being additional multiplayer gameplay so players can interact and compete across the world. I played the first version myself, it’s actually pretty amazing.

As time progresses, seeing the league transition into several landscapes is a good sign for all nationwide football enthusiasts. However, ahead of his season opener, the 26-year-old Ravens quarterback has been making waves as a cover athlete for the game and for his team emerging victorious in the season opener.

Jackson ahead of the season opener

In the season opener against the Houston Texans, the Ravens emerged victorious with a score of 25-9. The Ravens’ outside linebacker Odafe Oweh was one of the key contributors to the team’s victory. Moreover, the team’s wide receiver Zay Flowers grabbed nine catches for 78 yards, followed by two carries of nine yards. Despite all the colorful gameplay, Jackson threw an interception and also fumbled twice during the game.

But as the sporting landscape is all about ups and downs, Jackson’s capability to bounce back is evident from the stats of his previous seasons. As the Ravens assemble to go against their second regular season game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the entire team is fueled with revived energy.
