A YouTube video by ESPN shares a glimpse into the audition of The Manning Cast, featuring the Manning brothers Payton Manning and Eli Manning, where both of them were auditioning. During the audition, Eli Manning was joking with Sean by asking him to open his mind a bit. The audition featured some known names from the NFL who enjoy jaw-dropping records in their expertise. Sean Payton, head coach of the Denver Broncos, was one of them, with a dazzling 152-89-0 record in sixteen seasons with the two clubs combined.

During Payton’s audition, Eli Manning was browsing through Payton’s records and called out his name. But, Broncos’ Star HC somehow guessed Eli was referring to him and responded with “Yeah.” Eli, then shockingly, pointing to his brother, and called him, “I was saying Payton“. While responding to his reaction, Payton said, “I’m Payton.” with a little focusing sound.

To put an end to the conversation, Sean Payton entered the conversation and asked him about audibles. “We generally just want the quarterback to run the play that’s called “That’s the play.”
